I - REGISTRATION

Attention: Please complete your registration form using a valid email address, as all congress-related communication will be sent to this email..

1. Payments may be made via PayPal, according to the amounts and due dates defined in the table.
2. We guarantee materials (folder, scientific program, etc.) only for pre-registered participants.
3. Materials for on-site registrations will be subject to availability.
4. Only the registered participant may collect the event materials on site.

II - BUDGET COMMITMENT

Payments via budget commitment will not be accepted.

III - STATEMENTS

Residents and undergraduate and graduate students must submit a statement issued and signed by the institution to which they are affiliated to the Event Executive Secretariat through the ATTENDEE AREA on the event website.

The participant who does not submit the statement corresponding to their registration category by the date of the event must pay the difference up to the registration fee for the corresponding "Non-Member" category by the date of the event.

IV - CANCELLATION / REFUND

1. Cancellation requests must be formally submitted via email sent to the Event Secretariat.
2. Refunds will be processed for registrations cancelled up to 60 days before the event, with a 30% retention of the amount paid, or, in accordance with Article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (CDC), at any time, provided that the request is made within 7 days after payment is completed.
3. For cancellation requests or withdrawals made after the established deadline, no refund will be granted, except as provided under Article 49 of the CDC.
4. The refund will be processed within 30 days after the end of the event, except in cases covered by Article 49, sole paragraph of the CDC, in which case the refund will be processed within 2 business days.
5. No refund will be issued for registrations made under the wrong category, except in cases covered by Article 49 of the CDC.
6. Failure to attend the event will not be eligible for a refund.
7. Duplicate registrations will be refunded according to the established deadline and only after receipt of proof of the confirmed duplication.
8. The refund will be made directly to a bank checking account in which the participant is the primary account holder.
9. Under no circumstances will refunds be issued outside the rules established above.

V - AUTHORIZATION FOR USE OF DATA

By registering, the participant automatically authorizes the organization, free of charge, to use their registration data to send electronic messages related to the event and its field of activity, as well as to share such data with partner and sponsoring companies of o XV International Congress of Kangaroo Mother Care e II Congresso Brasileiro Sobre o Cuidado Canguru, exclusively for the purposes of generating statistical data, promoting knowledge, and enabling actions and projects related to the event. This authorization may be revoked at any time upon simple request to the Secretariat or the organizing entity.
